With attendees representing over 70 countries, the organizers faced a familiar yet crucial challenge — how to make conference sessions accessible and inclusive across multiple languages.
Traditional translation methods often came with delays or high costs, creating barriers to real-time engagement. The OEB team sought a solution that could deliver instant, accurate, and user-friendly multilingual communication — without adding technical complexity for presenters or participants.
Solution:

During each session, attendees simply scanned a QR code to view live transcriptions and translations of the speakers’ words in their preferred language, directly on their mobile devices.
