Orders in the United States of America
Because our office is located in Sunnyvale, CA, all orders shipped in the state of California are charged a sales tax. We will also collect sales tax for Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
If you are a tax exempt organization, please create an account first and send a copy of your tax exempt document/certificate to sales-taxform@ipevo.com using the email that you registered for IPEVO Online Store. After we set you as a non-taxable account, you will be able to place orders from our online store tax-free.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of the US will be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon arrival. We have no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs laws and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees.
